Very disappointing experience, especially regarding the management of the room and the reports.
The assigned room did not correspond to the one booked. A room type with a balcony had been chosen, but upon arrival a different accommodation was assigned, without any prior notice and without the change being communicated at check-in. We discovered it ourselves.The explanation provided was, in essence, that that was the room available. Great experience
I spent 2 weeks with my family at the King Hotel; it was part of the same hotel group. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Nothing was missing: minibar, TV, bathroom with shower; the only flaw was the shower door, which was a bit squeaky. But once we got the hang of it, it opened and closed with care. Budget hotel but could do better
Wishing to spend a few days at Cesenatico in an area we knew, we booked at this hotel on a B&B accommodation. Breakfast: lots of homemade tarts/cakes/sweet croissants, delicious white gourmet rolls, sliced white bread, cold meats, sliced cheese, big open bowls with white/strawberry yoghurt and fruit in syrup (not a single fresh fruit...), cereals, butter, packaged jams.
