This hotel needs more positive feedback. The reception staff are great and couldn’t do enough for us. Our Italian is limited and they spoke perfect English. We had trouble with our air con and they moved us straight away. We found all the staff very attentive. The hotel was like being catfished. Photos looked great on the website but when you turned up, it turned out to be a backwater hillbilly cousin you never knew about. The room was very spacious and bathrooms clean. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming of our dog (main reason why we selected this hotel).The breakfast was below average. Same stuff everyday and not of high quality, so don’t bother paying for breakfast. They couldn’t even make a proper Latte Macchiato. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Starting from the late check-in time, everything went downhill. The first room we were given had broken air conditioning and was dirty, with hairs and nails from previous guests. We had to change rooms, but the new room wasn't any better. The worst hotel I have ever been in my life
