  We have just been back from 3 nights in Rimini with the whole family. The hotel was suggested by our travel agency and it was a real nice surprise. The owning' family is managing the hotel with true cortesy and attention.   STAY AWAY - DREADFUL - Confirmed!

  The staff was terrible. We booked a room for 2 people with 2 single beds and they prepared one with a double bed. The bed could be split and the sheets changed but they didn't want to do it. In the end, we had to sleep in another hotel. At the time, they said it was all their fault and they made us believe that we were getting a refund but now, after 2 months, they deny any responsibility.The staff was terrible.   The hotel itself is newly renovated and quite OK .... BUT and trust me this is a BIG BIG BUT the staff were absolutely dreafull and were out to make our visit as terrible as possible. They started off with placing a broken chair in our room claiming we hade broken it and wanted us to pay 120 euros for it (???!!).
