The room is smelly, the bed as well. All hotel ist in a no good condition. The badroom smells The edges are dirty. The elevator is very small. All in all i do not recommend a stay in this hotel. We were a group of fellow Rotarians from India and stayed for a night on 14th October 2024. While the rooms were okay but the breakfast served was terrible. Our group was served breakfast in a dingy room in the basement which was not a regular restaurant. We had given our preferences as Vegetarian while booking but there were no vegetarian options. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The 1st night the room had a weird smell but the front desk said they were completely full and they were not able to change our room. At breakfast in the morning one of the hotel staff from the front desk was yelling at another guest for eating in the wrong room and taking a bottle of water from the breakfast area. We checked in easy enough. The room was comfortable and sizable. The windows were large and let in quite a bit of fresh air. The room was clean. The lobby is nice and offered a few rooms to hang out. Tired but clean

This is not an old Italian hotel with charm but rather a hotel that feels worn and used. The rooms are very clean with nice bedding however upon opening the door I immediately smelled smoke.
