I was happy with my stay here. It was good value, clean and a great location to visit the area by car as it is close to the highway and it had free parking.Breakfast was OK, but repetitive. After 5 nights, it gets old very quickly.On the second night, we had a horrible fire alarm issue at 2am that they could not fix for 2 hours... Had a one night stay here on business. On-site parking was availabe with plenty of spaces for the capacity of the hotel. Nice staff, but the internet is unusable. We were first assigned a room on the first floor. Upon entering we realized that it is a smoking room. We asked for another room and got assigned to a room on the 4th floor this time. It is an old build that has been refurbished. It is fine for a one night stay. Stayed at holiday inn for 6 nights for the reggio conference and the place was packed with people who’s in Reggio for the same purpose. Breakfast selection was small, the dining area reminded me of a cafeteria in a school/factory - very simple, serves the purpose, no aesthetic quality whatsoever. Serves good coffee- ask the staff for a freshly made cuppa, foc!
