We spent 2 nights here. The rooms is very dated with a tiny bathroom. The air conditioning did not work well and we had a difficult time sleeping. The window did not have a screen so the mosquitoes would have eaten us if we opened the window for air. I asked about the air and was told that is how it is because they are a therapeutic resort..I don’t think so, my friend’s room was a good temperature… We spent 2 nights here. This is an excellent family run hotel. The food is first rate and the spa facilities extremely good. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are rather old fashioned. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities. The hotel building is old and needs renovation. But the staff was a good example of that kind of service when you are willing to forgive some deficiency. Exellent staff! Perfect place to relax in the thermal swimming pools and enjoy great local cuisine in a close proximity to Venice.

We stayed at the Hotel Terme Orvieto in Abano Terme for one day before starting a 7 day cruise from Venice. We loved it so much, that we cancelled our post-cruise plans in Venice and came back to the Terme Orvietto. We spent 3 more wonderful and relaxing days there, enjoying the thermal swimming pools and great local food.Thermal water pools are pure bliss. Unbelievably tasty breakfast and gourmet… We stayed at the Hotel Terme Orvieto in Abano Terme for one day before starting a 7 day cruise from Venice.
