I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. The pool is still listed as an amenity and appears in photos on the hotel's website and multiple booking platforms. We had an absolutely horrid stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working, and despite repeatedly bringing this to the staff's attention, nothing was done. The restaurant at this hotel is a disgrace. The ravioli tasted frozen and the filling was like catfood.
