Uncomfortable, broken air conditioner in multiple rooms, broken fridge

There was no air conditioning in my room. They made me move to a tiny room without help. The air conditioner there worked for a few hours then stopped. But at least this one had coffee and a fridge (which the first room didn’t). Turns out the fridge doesn’t work either. I literally sat in the hallway just to stop sweating. I heard a lot of people had many problems too. Including problems with air… There was no air conditioning in my room. They made me move to a tiny room without help. Stayed two nights at the best western had the food in their restaurant, the food was fantastic and so was the service from mateo Daha and their team. They really made us feel at home and were super friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely big room which was spotlessly clean. Large free parking facilities. A little out of the city centre for walking but there are good transport links. Air conditioned in the room didn't work. We were melting and they change us room at 2 o'clock in the morning, very unpleasant. They have old rooms and new rooms. Depending where are you located the rooms can be very noise if they are facing the avenues. Personnel were helpful to solve the problem. The manager do not speaks English.
