The worst experience.

Not a family friendly at all. The babies aren’t allowed to make any sound and ”be babies.” The rules are ridiculous, like 2-years old aren’t allowed to walk around the breakfast room even if they do not interrupt anyone. This is not close at all to be 4-star hotel, more closer to 2 stars. The worst value for money I’ve ever had with a hotel.Not a family friendly at all. Awful hotel . The reception area is nice but the rooms and corridors are very old/dated and VERY POOR QUALITY. It’s one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The beds are rock hard(although we like a hard bed, this was like a piece of wood) . The bed sheets are just a sheet underneath and a sheet over you . No duvet or covers . Front desk and restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They were all courteous warm just wonderful! The food was great, the desserts were to die for. Besides the pillow being really uncomfortable our room was fine a little bit run down, they could use some repairs and renovation. The halls are decorated with antique furniture, adding a nice touch. Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't bring the right USB charger for Italy, the staff went and bought one especially for me with no extra charge.
