Disgusting bugs (ticks) in bedroom
Disgusting ticks (zecche) full of blood in bedroom. When we showed the videos to the receptionist she offered us a free breakfast. Wow.This deserves a visit from local health authorities.Disgusting and unacceptable. See photos for proof.

Stealing money from account
This hotel service took my credit card details without my permission, then they charged my account with city tax for four other people (40€) who wasn't my group of people. At the end no refunds, poor contact, simply saying THIEFS.

They Charge to Iron your Clothes!
Disappointing and horrible service! We check in here last night and to start off, the hallways are so dark, it’s like a horror movie. Not the kind of hallway you would want for a vacation. The room is not sound proof so we can hear a couple next door fighting…
