I booked direct with the hotel, which was far better than booking elsewhere. From booking until the day I left was perfect in every way for me. The staff were polite, helpful and answered any questions I had, including booking a very reasonable priced bus from and to Milan Malpensa airport. The hotel was great in a super location. Our room overlooked the lake. The view was superb. The staff were courteous and welcoming and everywhere was very clean. Old hotel. Bad and noisy air condition Breakfast is below average. The bath is claustrophobic and there was only small amount of bath soap. Greatly placed, lake bordering. The lobby is promising ... rooms are either receneyky renovated or from the 70ies (including deco and mattresses ...).
