I stayed for 6 nights and I have to say the staff were always so polite and welcoming from the front desk to house keeping. The bed and pillows are good quality, the air conditioning was a life saver with the heat outside! Availed of the spa and it was quaint and quiet but very relaxing! Lovely stay, easy to find and plenty of parking. Very friendly welcome, Anna behind reception was brilliant, and gave some excellent recommendations for dining. This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. They helped us with directions and places to eat. Booked a hair appointment for me. I would recommend it if you are visiting Lucca.
