DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! LIZARDS IN ROOM AND NO REFUND FOR LEAVING!!!! About an hour after we checked into our room, we noticed our bath tub did not have a shower head. My fiance politely asked the woman at the front desk if they happened to have any rooms with shower heads, he was met with a NASTY attitude as she bluntly told him "well you should have said something sooner because now the room… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I genuinely do not understand how QC Terme Roma can call itself a five-star hotel. Based on our experience, it is absolutely not.We booked one night and paid approximately €700, specifically because we wanted to enjoy what we expected to be a luxury hotel and spa experience. Most bizarre, weird, uncomfortable, unfriendly hotel and no where near 3 stars let alone 5?We would not leave a negative review ever really but it would be wrong not to inform other hard working people thinking of giving their money to this “5 star hotel” We paid over €500 for one night in this hotel a couple of weeks ago in July. The location and the entire place is very beautiful, a real vacation atmosphere. Many thanks to Alessandro for the help with the check in process and haveing us settled into the rooms at a very late hour in the night, when we arrived.The location and the entire place is very beautiful, a real vacation atmosphere.
