Brilliant hotel with a villa feel as rooms are on split levels with terraces to sit on outside. There is a great view out to the rest of the town, castle and sea. Good selection at breakfast. It was very good value as well. Very quiet location yet not too far from town. My wife and I enjoy every second of our stay. From the assistance the moment we arrived, the breath-taking view right outside of our room, to the complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. My husband has been staying here for a catch with friends and family. He grew up on this island and a friend was making the trip back so it was decided that he would go and make those memories He said although the room was small. He had a great balcony. This hotel is really at best an average bed and breakfast but is not priced as such. In summary, hotel with nice view and garden outside of lipari town, but that does not have enough positives to outweigh the negatives of the establishment.
