Awful food, filthy toilets. We were visiting on a day trip, fishy chose to eat here. OMG what a massive mistake. I ordered a Lasagne, when muff arrived I started eating it, got a couple of bites in, it was cold!!! Sent it back, no apology from the waitress,but I spoke to another girl, who I think.was a supervisor, she apologised, and asked if I wanted anything else. Just a horrible hotel. This is a 1-star property at best, definitely not a 3-star. There are too many stairs, the room was tiny and the bathroom was awful. I would recommend staying somewhere else. Good hotel, kind people and great location and view

The rooms are big and very bright. Big windows, we had an amazing view too in the volcano. Rooms are well isolated so you dont hear too many noices from the outside. Location is really good, between the center and the sea. With a view on the view from the front. Breakfast is fine, in a cozy room. People that work here are kind and helpful. The perfect beach chalet to get away from it all and enjoy being on the (safe) side of an active volcano. The Ossidiana is a great place to stay on Stromboli.Starting with their location, right off the port and located next to the main road giving direct access to the village.
