The worst hotel i’ve ever been(novotel)

absolutely awful hotel, the staff didn’t know any english, we paid for 2 beds and we got 1 bed and 1 sofa, they couldn’t even change it for us. We tried to tell them but they only knew italian. We also called them to come and take the ‘second bed’ (i mean the sofa) and they came 1 hour later. Eventually my dad just put it out.. Bizarre? Good? Freezy?

Well it's the only hotel in Gerona which has a decent sized swimming pool. So it's filled with kids. There's a play tent in the lobby and kids riding up and down madly in the lift. Who doesn't love that? The rooms are stupidly big. No doubt great if you have lots of kids. The AC is remarkably good. I've been in hotels costing four times more with AC that doesn't work - Le Touquet WM comes to mind.… Well it's the only hotel in Gerona which has a decent sized swimming pool.
