I used this hotel for many years, never being disappointed. I decided it was time to say something good about it. We booked this hotel for one one-night stay. The hotel is nice and looks clean. Just the receptionist wants me to pay again because she didn't know how to find my payment, even though I told her I paid like two weeks before. After I found my confirmation email, she said it ok and she gave me a room key. The room is quite old and needs a new update, but we were fine and we like our window view. Good alternative to City centre ,we used this after arriving by ferry . Bit confusing to find but sat nav helped . Parking safe, bit confusing getting in from car park, but a good option . When booking this hotel we reserved it online through booking.com. When arriving at the hotel they asked to pay the amount. The receptionist said we couldn’t pay on booking.com and had to pay either cash or card directly to the hotel. Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. A bit old but in good condition. Excellent XXL anatomical bed. Very friendly staff.
