Cannot fault this hotel. Scrupulously clean rooms and common areas. Friendly, helpful and competent management and staff. Decent breakfast and perfectly sited just above the Old Port with all its attractions. Visited in December with friends from the UK and the bedrooms were warm and well-soundproofed. Basic hotel room which met my needs. My first two nights were a bit noisy due to the proximity of a bar that I was unaware of. My third night was in a different room that was simply quiet bliss! The staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. I am still missing the delicious coffees!
