First impression was excellent. The door man was courteous and accommodating, meeting us at the taxi and taking our bags to the room without checking in first. Check was efficient, staff member was lovely, explained the city and area, showing us on the map things to see and do. Even escorting us to our room. Elevator up to the room and was very clean. The service was incredible. The receptionist, Monica, is absolutely fenomenal. She was patient, kind and always helped with a smile on her face. This hotel is situated next to the Port area with a major road and elevated expressway in between. If you dare.e to open the windows to get fresh cool air, the noise level is overwhelming.
