I stayed here for 5 nights on a recent visit to Genoa and, overall, really enjoyed my stay. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good (I paid extra as it wasn’t included in my booking) and the hotel is superbly situated within minutes of the main attractions. The only small complaint was that the rooms are a bit spartan and not that cosy. The location was perfect, close to everything. A 2-minute walk to the Piazza De Ferrari. Right by the piazza is the stunning (Church of Jesus) definitely worth seeing. We booked the King Jr. Suite with City View. Comfortable king bed, large bathroom, no noise. I was disappointed. The room wasn't to my standards. One of the pillows smelled like pee. They did not honor my request to have late checkout that was pre reserved. It wasn't up to the best western standards.
