Nice Hotel
Hotel was clean and the room was a nice size. Hotel staff was friendly . It was nice to have a restaurant with good food in the hotel and also a bar which also served bar type food if you did not want to have a sit down dinner

Don't recommend
So many better hotels to choose from in florence. No cooling aircon, itchy sheets, metal shutters. Also, photocopied information sheets looked terrible and unprofessional. No kettle or coffee maker. Antiquated wall mounted hair dryer - No good for my long hair…
