It is a nice hotel and nice atmosphere And good location in the town. Room's are nice and the beds really good. You don’t here much from other rooms but a lot from outside. Is is in quite location. But your room was cleaned every day and new towels all day witch is not good for the nature. The worst part was the room was always left unlocked after cleaners. But nicely done. We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Ideal on a ski trip to Madonna di Campiglio. The Hotel was great. Friendly staff, lovely food and a shuttle service to get you to the lifts and back. My daughter needs a gluten free diet and the hotel was great about discussing alternatives and providing gluten free options. I brought a group of 45 to this hotel for 7 nights. Everything was wonderful! The food, the rooms, staff, shuttle, and spa. Location was excellent and quite at night. Our group came for a ski vacation. We were late in arriving and the staff graciously rescheduled our 'Get to know the area' meeting. My husband wasn't feeling well one evening and they brought dinner to his room. The shuttle driver Bogdan went above and beyond, by helping us with our rental skis and was always smiling.
