  Absolutely ridiculous dinner.Iceberg lettuce served for a salad starter.Main courses served 10 minutes apart.Only vegetarian option was a omelette with cheese and spinach which tasted awful.Very poor value.To be fair the gentleman did well to serve us but the food served was very poor.   Very hard to find anything positive to say, staff are incompetent and border on intentionally unhelpful. Rooms are worse than basic - TV's with no plug, beds left with no pillows.   Let's start by emphasizing that this negative review of Hotel Piaz in Pere di Fassa should not hit the people who work there.   We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and to be honest, we'll never come back. 1. We got the number with the broken window. We could not close it completely, so it was extremely cold in our room. We've been told that the hotel is fully packed so there is no chance we can change the room. Lady at the reception was extremely nice and really tried to help, but we did not get the room anyways. 2.
