We just spent the last week of January in this hotel. The rooms were adequate and covered all the basics. The staff were friendly and tried their best. The main complain was the food. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner was terrible. They offered various options but food was either cold, badly prepared or tasteless. The location of the hotel is quite central, close to ski slopes, shops and more. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. Views are excellent. There is a pool and a ski room, as well as a restaurant, bar and kids room. Modt of the staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian. Tiny room, no drawers, cupboards or shelves, poor food

We had a literally last minute booking at Monzoni in July for 7 days because of a mix up by our travel agent at another hotel. Our tiny room was right next to the noisy lift. It was incredibly basic - no drawers, no cupboards and no shelves, just open hanging space and a view from the window (see photos) of a tired play area which seems now be a building site. our room was clean but was very small: it's not easy to put a big suitcase, restroom it's also quite small . There is not enough parking places so probabilly you have to park your car quite far from the hotel.
