Absolutely terrible experience, the person who assisted us was Alessandro, very cocky with an arrogant attitude, i called them before our stay to ask for a transfer from the Airport to the hotel, I could not understand a thing they said but then i emailed them the request, I waited 9 hours for a reply which was then already 23:45 the reply was sorry unable to assist your request was to late. Stayed here one night after a long flight before catching a cruise the next day! There were no brand name hotels in this port town so booked thru 3rd party! After staying in 5 star resorts, wow what a let down! Rooms were dingy with old bedspreads, curtains that looked like the 60 ‘s? Desperate need of a remodel! Front staff were not friendly at all! Small older hotel. Well maintained rooms that have better than average handicap access. We were on ground floor with a room with a patio. Quiet . 25 euros taxi to the port. Stayed here one night pre cruise used there airport pick up 60 dollars a person. No one was there, transport vehicle broke down, I called and someone picked us up 45mins later. very apologetic, we checked in, very small room, ac worked very cold shower nice and hot, wifi good inside hotel. This was a pre-cruise and post-cruise stay. The service was excellent, especially Alessandro, as well as the food. Very clean and comfortable room. Near the port.
