Pictures don’t do this hotel justice. The lobby, outdoor areas and rooms are so chic in an understated, but luxurious way. Cilento is still developing its tourism style (that’s the charm), so while it’s a little less polished and refined, service is wonderful and warm! Worst Hotel stay ever. We travel quite a lot.Your Hotel Manager does not have a clue what he is doing.When we checked in our room smelled of smoke and we complained to management. They sent up housekeeping and housekeeping used a disinfectant to kill the smoke smell. That doesn’t work. It was embedded in the linens, towels and bed.
