This was a much more perfect stay than I had expected before coming, I must admit. Giusy at reception was patient, kind, and informative, despite the terrible heat and stuffiness. She explained everything to us and gave us all the information we needed. Great hotel, located in a quiet place. Friendly service. The gluten-free offer for coeliacs is a big plus. We will definitely come back. Excellent resort, attention to details and fantastic staff. Perfect for all age groups from toddles all the way to adults. We visited VOI Floriana Resort during the last week of September 2025, as an adult family. We did not use the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport instead we used Uber which is much cheaper, however as we were slightly out of season we did have a longer wait for an uber. When we arrived at the hotel the check-in was very quick, we did have to pay slightly more than I initially thought.
