Nice experience
We were 6 friends and place is beautiful. there was lots of people and very crowdy but all staff is working good. Rooms are perfect. This is the 2nd Blu Serena holiday and we are already planning our next. We spent the week of Ferragosto at the splendid Sibari Green Village where together with my husband and 2 daughters we had a fantastic time. The food was exceptional; the best of Calabrian delicacies and the village was beautifully set in forest woodland with a a walk to the beach or free use of the bus. A relaxing vacation
This was are second visit. and in both visit we had issues because of a poor reception trainig which now was solved by the Director Alessandro Vacca and his Assistant Adolf The director showed a good knowledge of business unfortunatly doesnt help the business knowledge of the reception desk which is close to nothing NO MANNERS at all knowing that are the first people meeting the guests. Very nice village, very well maintained, very ggood for kids.The rooms are large and tidy, bathrooms are ok. The set up of the village is very large and this makes you feel is not crowded even though it houses a lot of people. Going to the sea is quite a walk but pleasant. Shuttle is provided for the lazy ones.
