  Was given a 2 bedroom apartment, not what l booked it was huge with 2 bathrooms, balcony and 2 aircons.Full kitchen but no utensils or tea facilities. Breakfast was simple with only hot food was eggs. Fruits lots and pastries, cheese and salami.Pool was beautiful and lots of chairs available. Dinner is a buffet at 50€ a head, well too expensive, so l ventured into town for a light dinner 🍽. Staff were fine 🙂 Pretty resort ,perched up on the hill of town.Towels are 5€ to hire for pool, bring a sarong or own towel. We strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay, and when availability allows, we are happy to provide larger accommodations at no extra cost.• Kitchen equipment: Our apartments are designed mainly for short stays, which is why the kitchenettes are not equipped with a full set of utensils. This is also clearly stated in the booking details. We are sorry if this was unexpected and will review how we can communicate this more clearly.• Breakfast selection: Our breakfast offers a balance of continental and Mediterranean choices – including eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and salami. While the hot food may seem limited, the variety is intended to satisfy different preferences without losing freshness and quality.• Dinner buffet price: The dinner buffet is priced according to the quality and range of dishes offered, including fresh local products and a wide variety of options. We understand, however, that some guests prefer the flexibility of dining in town, which is why we are happy to recommend nearby restaurants as alternatives.• Pool towel service: The €5 fee for pool towels is a one-time rental fee, and the towels can be exchanged for fresh ones during the stay. Many resorts in our category follow this practice, and it helps us to maintain hygiene standards while also being mindful of sustainability.We are glad that, overall, you found the resort pretty and enjoyed your time with us.   Wonderful staff

  We stayed here in August for two weeks and right from the check in, the staff were exceptional. Special mention to Rosalba, Antonio,Patricia and Maria who were all very kind to us and very friendly. All great fun with them too. We had a lovely room with a sea view and balcony on the third floor. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food on offer including a cooked eggs station. The lady there was lovely . Again the restaurant staff were all very cheerful and helpful.The hotel location was a ten minute walk to the town centre which was not a problem even with a wheelchair. The hotel have a beach area where they can shuttle you to and provide beds and umbrella which was quite expensive to hire. The beach was stoney and very difficult to walk on without beach shoes. The front row was 75 euros, the second row 55 and the third row 45 euros.The two pools at the hotel were great, lots of beds and umbrellas and a small cafe/bar for food and drinks.The room was cleaned very well every day and the cleaners were friendly and took pride in their work.The town of Tropea itself was very busy and full of life with plenty excellent restaurants to try out in the pretty lanes. The old town is amazing with lovely sights around every corner.All in all a great holiday and I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel.   The resort was absolutely amazing. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are very well maintained. Close walk to the city.They even have a free shuttle service to the beach.   Lovely friendly hotel close to the beautiful town of Tropea

  The hotel was lovely especially the pool area and outside bar. The restaurant was excellent with a good choice of food at all mealtimes.The staff in the hotel were very friendly and professional especially Davide and Angelo in the restaurant and Maria, Rosalba and Antonio at the front desk who always welcomed us back after a day out.The rooms vary a great deal so pay for a superior with sea view as some rooms overlook the back and can be small. Our second room 202 was excellent with a spacious terrace and near the pool. Thank you to the front desk team for that!The hotel is also very good value as is this area of Italy. The town of Tropea is a short walk, about 15 minutes, from the hotel. Be aware the hotel is built on a steep slope down from the road.   A wonderful experience for our family. Well maintained, fresh smelling and clean facilities. Complimentary shuttle service to the city and beach with knowledgeable and friendly drivers.
