    Perfect location along with perfect staff. Manager Giuseppe was a very nice and helpful person . Mathew the front deck night manager is superb and very dedicated to his job . I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Best breakfast in the morning too.

    Spotless, courteous personnel, excellent breakfast with hostesses Lauren, Micaela and Gloria. Lauren went out of her way for us and deserves special mention for her hospitality. Beautiful view of Mama Etna from rooftop dining room, convenient to train station, hydrofoil to Sicily, and National Museum - don’t miss the Riace bronzes. Also convenient to Cesare’s, best gelato in existence and also the excellent steakhouse Addumo. Like all Italian hotels, there are no fluffy pillows, and decor is also like the rest of Italy - just a little, shall we say, “comfortable”. Did not detract from a very good experience.

    Very centrally located. Charming rooms, wonderful breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early too.The room was air conditioner, roomy and very clean. Wifi was also good coverage. We were facing the main road but heard none if the traffic.
