The moment you walk through the door, you realize that this hotel oozes heritage and class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this elegant hotel, which has a wonderful ambience. Our room was well equipped and offered a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast room was absolutely delightful, with an unobstructed view of Mount Etna. We had one of their Executive suites. The room was very spacious and bright. It had a nice balcony with views of the Mount Etna and the Strait of Messina. The location was close to shopping, museums, beach and the Lungomare. The staff were genuine, but not gracious. The overnight desk staff were most hospitable.
