We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Continental. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, amazing breakfast, with delicious croissants, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Absolutely incredible hotel. From the cleanliness, the rooms, the design and the staff. Would recommend a solid 10/10. There is a wide selection of drinks and food at breakfast. Penthouse suite view is AMAZING! Staff speaks little English. Friendly but difficult to understand. Small hotel restaurant is okay. Ordered Salmon, very disappointed, full of bones! Eat in town! An easy walk from the high speed ferry dock. Very friendly accommodating staff. Excellent restaurant two blocks away from the beautiful main drag in the block off of the promenade overlooking the Straits of Messina.
