Standard business room with average business service ( Giuseppe should be mentioned apart, he’s amazing). The hotel is ok. We drove through Italy and decided to stop in Brescia for one night. We had a room with sofa bed and it was very comfortable for a family with two children (4 and 2). We are currently at the novetel hotel the hotel is decent but the swimming pool is not open. It is 30 degrees outside and I cannot believe they will not open the thepool until June. At no point whilst booking this hotel where we told the pool would be shut . Fantastic customer service, a genuine family-like welcome

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a short trip to the Milan Winter Olympics (there are handy connections from the nearby train station). Both my wife and daughter are gluten free, which can sometimes be difficult to navigate in restaurants and hotels, and so I contacted the restaurant and front desk staff in advance. This is a good business hotel with a short walk to the park, some restaurants and about 20mins to the main centre. Breakfast starts at 7am but they do offer a takeaway bag.
