Great location in the city of Bologna - 5 minute walk from the central railway station, 20 minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore in the centre.Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable - the furniture/ decor is a little dated, but of good quality. Loved this hotel. Unusually large bed and bathroom for singles which are usually very small in Europe. Never heard a sound in my room, looking over the rear of the building and not in the main hall. Wonderful breakfast with great assortment of choices and a lovely and kind staff. At the front desk Aldi was especially nice. Efficient elevators (2), also not always the case. This hotel is very well located for Bologna central train station - 5 minutes walk. The hotel is old style decor beautifully maintained with a high standard of cleanliness. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air con worked perfectly. It was 32 ° outside. The street is quiet so no trouble sleeping. Lovely hotel in a quiet area near the station
Very happy with our short stay - the reception staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, spacious enough and very quiet (overlooking the back of the hotel).
