Awful. No water for a whole day. Then they closed the restaurant for 24 hours for a private business function, completely closed to all guests. No other local restaurants and no Ubers or taxi options to get to another restaurant. I then complained to hotel.com and the staff said I was lying. We stayed at the hotel for four nights with a group of 24 people. We had dinner at the hotel every evening. The menus were completely inadequate: tasteless pasta, undercooked carrots, inedible burgers, too few or no vegetables, desserts that weren’t homemade, and so on. Completely inadequate. 2 night stay for business. Lovely clean hotel. Very comfy beds and friendly staff. Lovely choice of breakfast and dinner was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here. Clean hotel with big rooms mediocre breakfast no sleepers and no soap in the bathroom (I opened the one soap that was provided and the cleaning lady threw it away but did not replace it). Mistakes in invoice provision were really annoying. I would revisit but I hope personnel is better functioning.
