Excellent stay
This is an excellent hotel to stay in and visit the historic area of Bologna. We stayed for 4 nights and it suited us perfectly. The location is fab as you are right at the centre of this beautiful city. The room was very clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve just left the hotel, I’m writing this waiting for our train. We had an excellent stay, absolutely loved the hotel but were particularly impressed with the staff all of who were just wonderful. Good hotel but not totally convincing
The hotel is in a central location, very convenient for most things. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The air-conditioning cannot be turned off in the room although there is control for it. It can only be turned off by the reception. We found it too cold on our first night and we prefer to have the windows opened anyway. To kick off our holiday, we stayed for two days in the La Torre apartment at Phi Hotel Bologna. The hotel is centrally located, ideal for a city trip to Bologna; everything is within walking distance and just outside Piazza Maggiore.
