We stayed here for four nights whilst exploring nearby cities. We were dealt with promptly when checking in and had a room on the fourth floor. We had a premium room and it was fantastic for space and very clean. There was access to a minibar, hanging closet, big bathroom with shower and bath and then a huge bedroom with tv. Have just returned from a wonderful 8-night stay at the NH de la Gare.We had a Junior Suite and a Superior Room. Both were modern, very clean and functional. Excellent location, less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Nice clean and quiet modern rooms with comfy beds and a good breakfast. Arrived early but the staff allowed us to check in which was much appreciated.Room overlooked the area at the side of the hotel, with the steps leading up to the park. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Good location, 20 mins walk to Piazza Maggiore. And 5 mins from the station. We didn’t hear any train noise so that was good too. Hotel clean, friendly staff , great little bar after a long day walking. Gluten free section at breakfast. Not extensive but enough. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of restaurants to near the hotel. If you’re Gluten free I’d recommend restaurants La Verace for wood… Good location, 20 mins walk to Piazza Maggiore. And 5 mins from the station.
