The guy at the bar and 2 girl at reception were very helpful, the old guy at reception not very friendly, would suit more in a bank than hospitality. Rooms are spacious but not like the photos. €100 deposit, still waiting for refund. Hotel is clean , more like 3 * than 4* . Breakfast is average, spa was lovely, tv unless you can speak italian, bad . Housekeeping ladies were lovely and very helpful… The guy at the bar and 2 girl at reception were very helpful, the old guy at reception not very friendly, would suit more in a bank than hospitality.
