Stayed one night with my family. Reception and cleanliness of the room very satisfactory.Excellent value for money. To be kept in mind for a future stop in the area.I am sorry to see negative reviews, we had a very good time. Apart from the lack of air conditioning and the presence of a ceiling fan.. a small criticism that may be constructive! What they show is a bit misleading. My partner and I booked a room that said it included air conditioning, but when we arrived, it only had a ceiling fan and a television. The breakfast is not very good; the food lacks flavor, and regarding the service for guests, they are not very attentive or concerned. We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy.
