  You should be ashamed on your check in process. Total joke, I am savvy IT wise, but this is another level of horrible. Machine ate a page of my passport, took money twice and so stressful. Employ someone on minimum wage, and admit the self check in is a joke. Getting laughed at down the phone from the "help" line, never ever ever again.You should be ashamed on your check in process.   Well-located hotel in Bergamo with nice rooms, a quiet atmosphere, and a large, clean bathroom. Although the building looks old from the outside, the interior is very modern.   The contact details provided are incorrect, so I had to spend a lot of time trying to track down the property just to get the check-in instructions.   Awful customer service! Starting with the self check-in - as I booked three rooms, they somehow messed it up in their system and provided check-in details only for one room. It costed me 40 min on the phone on the day of arrival, as apparently no one attends to emails or Booking.com messages after 5pm or in the weekend, to finally get the check-in details for all three rooms.
