Central location was great. Rooms were modern and with great bathrooms and great showers. Air con was a must and worked very well. Staff were very courteous even when trying my Italian! Great value for money and lastly the beds were super comfortable. 15 mins walk to the furniclar railway and 10 mins to the train station. Would definitely returnCentral location was great. For a 3 star hotel this is absolutely fine. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and given our very heavy key to our room.The room is fine, the bathroom is clean and has a bidet and lots of lovely products (individual ones that you can take away). The bed was comfortable and different pillow options.Only thing to say, there is no UK TV not that we really watched TV and the aircon didn't really work.… For a 3 star hotel this is absolutely fine. The hotel was a bit dated, but nice enough. The bed was comfortable. We had a fridge and a safe in the room. The airconditioning worked as it should. The keys were ancient and super-heavy, we had some laughs about that. The breakfast wasn't that great, not a lot of choice and some of the items were a bit dry, but the cappuccino was good. I normally stay at the BW around the corner when I’m in Bergamo. This time, they were full so I ended up at the Arli. First impression is that it is a bit old school, a typical three star hotel.
