A great holiday, and a great hotel.

Had a fabulous 7 nights here, for the Montesilvano Futsal Cup. Heres a list of Pros & Cons if youre looking to stay here.ConsShower tray was tiny. There was a mad rush at meal times for the buffet, it felt like pandemonium in there at times.The beach huts/umbrellas were a little close together and it could use run way to the sea as the sand is very hot.No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, not even the choice to rent one.No door tag to say do not disturb or please clean the roomNot much loo roll, we purchased morenot quite clear on the drinks system, did i get wine, or was it just water on full board?ProsDedicated beach brolly, and loungers (bearing in mind that you get that if you pay for full board as we did, its comes in the package, unlike 'Residente' or self catering this is an extra)Close to the BeachWide variety of food each sessionComfy bed and pillows, wonderful nights sleepAC worked a dream! Clothes airer in on the balcony is great to dry those beach towels and swimmers offIncredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great PoolGreat Newsagent, and additional on site mini market! We were here for the marathon event. We were given a room on another building which looked like abandoned hospital. The way was a bit weird, it had an abandoned pizzeria and when you exit you will see big garbage bins. The young girls at the reception was so slow that another girl helped here. The place was ok, food was ok and parking ok. It’s a good place for short time visit because of a marathon or any very short stay. The beach 🏖️ s right next to the hotel which was good and a big swimming pool. A plus to the hotel. Very well placed object - almost on the beach. Personel is very kind and helpfuull. We can check in earlier and check out later than usual. Nice hall and outside terrace - comftable tables and chair you can use even after bar is closed. Comftable beds. Little fridge andTV in the room. Cleaning service every morning.

Rooms without air conditioning. No supplement for the room. Uncomfortable bed. Small and old bathroom. The kitchen is falling apart. At the reception they did not try to solve the problem of the terrible room.
