The hotel is not looked after. Big cleaning done at the beginning of the summer and then not done properly in the following weeks. Personal of the hotel very rude in reception. We are still at the hotel and in 4 days we had to sleep twice in different rooms: once due to water dripping from the ceiling and the second due to a little explosion that created a spark and smell of burnt in yhe room. We spend few days only in this hotel we was wishing to stay longer But we change mind because the bad management and his general manager never smile or talking to us! The General manager must be always the 1st to be present when new guest arrive in hotel. Poor breakfast poor choice of food,we was expecting the American breakfast! I was shocked when I saw the size of the rooms- it was great- so big, so nice, so comfortable ??????????!!! And the most important- clear ?????? We spent a long week end there few weeks ago and the place was perfect for our family. Staff was wonderful, very friendly and patient with our kids. We stayed in April when most of the summer-season amenities were not open. Nonetheless the stay was pleasant, the price we paid made for a great value!We had a room with lounge/dining area and a large balcony.
