There rude that's all I can say .

I had bad experience there . It's very noisy at nite and it is very warm wit no air conditioning. They kicked us out me and my dog cause she had an accident on floor and I tell u one thing I will never step foot in that travel lodge Waterford again if I got a free nite there. I'm after telling people not to go to that place . At no stage were you "kicked out" of the hotel. Travelodge company policy was clearly explained to you on the day in question. Your pet caused damage to a bedroom and also caused damage in the public areas of the hotel and our manager discussed the matter with you that morning. Pets are welcome in the hotel however bookings are limited to 1 pet only per room, pets must be small, quiet and owners must ensure that they do not cause damage to the hotel or cause disturbance to any other hotel guests. Stays with pets are limited to a maximum of 4 days and this was clearly explained to you at the time. Regards,Con

Room & Hotel clean. Sink in room cracked & a little worn. Loads of towels in room. Heating turned off when we arrived on an evening it was to go to -4 degs. Did heat up when turned on but reset to 7 degs during the night which left the room very cold in the morning. Plenty of parking, McDonald’s right next door if you fancy something to eat. Room was big and spacious, bathroom was a let down as a lot of rust and dirt - needed a good clean before using General Manager, General Manager at Travelodge Waterford, responded to this review Dear alexd7515, Thank you for your review. Stayed for one night before the Waterford half marathon. Room was basic but clean. Staff were helpful, Shariq was extremely kind. Room was basic but very clean as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the room perfect. The staff at reception were friendly and check in was easy.
