Hotel is next to shopping mart, which is good when you need to buy something.But, parking only free for 1 time, charged for the 2nd time in the same day.Check in process very slow, the front office asked for more details, even when we already inform the sales details earlier, and after check in, the front office (Ibra**m) forget to returned ID card, so we have to go back to front office to get it.… Hotel is next to shopping mart, which is good when you need to buy something.But, parking only free for 1 time, charged for the 2nd time in the same day.Check in process very slow, the front office asked for more details, even when we already inform the sales…

Good services, very kind officer. At the first impression it's cheap for price but not cheap for the performance, near of transmart make it's place to be sure enough can be entertain our family.
