    I've stayed at a few hotels in Surabaya before, but Hotel Ciputra genuinely stood out. From the moment I walked in, there was something about the atmosphere that felt calm, polished, and welcoming. I met and was assisted by Alicia at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout the whole check-in process. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure everything was sorted before I headed up to my room. Small thing, but it really set the mood for the rest of the stay.My room was amazing. The interior had this classy yet comfortable feel not the kind of fancy that makes you afraid to touch anything, but the kind that actually makes you want to stay in and enjoy the space. And the view from my window? I spent a good few minutes just standing there looking out over the city. Surabaya looks surprisingly beautiful from up there, especially at night when the lights start coming on.The location also worked perfectly for what I needed. Everything felt accessible, and I never had to travel too far to get anywhere in the city. If you're planning a trip to Surabaya and still figuring out where to stay, just book Hotel Ciputra.     This visit was for a birthday staycation, and it turned out to be really special.We received such thoughtful touches, like a birthday cake, and even a lovely surprise at the restaurant. Everything was beautifully arranged by the restaurant team. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, which we really enjoyed.Our room was so spacious and the Front Office team, especially Ms Amanda, arranged a nice room for us, which made the stay even more comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of.     I stay here again for 2 nights for staycation with my family . I've been here before and the services is still amazing . The lobby ambience is cozy , the room is spacious and feels so warm, breakfast is top notch as always . Glad to see Ms. Alicia again , who assist my check in, she's even still remember me .
