The one and only choice.

I'm the SBEC since August 2022 and since then, I was stayed in the hotel twice a year, unfortunately, my visits were not registered for status tracker until my last visit, and I claim those missing visits and just updated recently. System error or bugs ? So that the guest have to mention their registered member number everytime make a visit ?However, this is the one and only hotel in this industrial area, hope they maintain this good service.
