booked 2 rooms with a specific request “NON-SMOKING” . Checked in the hotel at 11 pm after a long road trip , i specifically re-confirm at the reception abt the room being NON-SMOKING and they said “YES”. Got into the room that smell like too strong of refresher, i could hardly breathe. The room as not as clean, the towel feels and looks more like floor matt than bath/face towel and smell deodoran… booked 2 rooms with a specific request “NON-SMOKING” .
