    Amazing stay, friendly staff, check In and Check out was Flawless. Room cozy will all amenities, Everything works perfect in the room.     The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel general manager was very welcoming. The hotel was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many selection of food to choose from. The hotel was in a strategic location and was close to many amenities.     This is my 1st visit to Palembang, Staying at Harper Palembang for 2 nights at Deluxe room. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Check in process was easy and smooth. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, Thank you for providing pray mat as my request before arriving. The food was soooooo good, They have home made Pempek very delicious, I take 2 portion btw LoL. Thank you for hospitality, Verry recommended hotel.
