The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I booked a Deluxe Premiere room with a “city view,” but was given a windowless room completely inside the building — no daylight, no view at all. The air conditioner also doesn’t work. This is not acceptable for any room, let alone one in this category. Cheap but decent hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed is good. The pool has a nice view, but could have been cleaner. The area has 4 sunbeds and you get towels. The hotell is connected to an abandoned mall. They do have KFC and Starbucks, but nothing else. When we ate at the swiss cafè we orderd pizza and it tasted horrible. We saw that it was microwawe pizza. And when we lokked at the morning buffé we saw at 9 pm that they were prepering the morning buffé. We Asked if it was for tomorow and he sayed yes. Then we ate lunch at kfc insted.
