Filthy hotel with zero maintenance.At the hotel, one expects at least a clean carpet - just going out of the elevator with a weird smell tells you that there is something wrong - let's look at the status of the carpet. It wasn't-cleaned for a very long timeOr the status of the toaster in the breakfast area. When somebody cleaned this toaster last time?

I booked this hotel with my wife for our business trip.It was great experience, great foods, great room. I'd like to thank you very much to FO staff who was allowing us to do a bit early check in (around 12.44 - 13.00). We arrived early and will have a online meeting at 1 pm. Tried our luck to check in early, and it happened. One more time, thank you for the FO staff during the shift when i checked in. I'm sorry, i don't remember the name but she (lady with hijab) was very accomodating. Great foods during breakfast but the service team need to be more cheerful. A bit noisy in the room (i think it was because of some project happening in the same building)Overall, i will still recommend this hotel as the first choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area.Thank you.
